  • First day, first problems...

    Spent the whole Sunday covered in grease; disassembling the rear axle. The start was pretty much ok, got the lower wishbones loose pretty easily. The only somewhat interesting part was getting the bearings out. Two sockets of appropriate size and a vice:

    Drove up to John Kox from Dax Benelux today to fetch two jaguar axles and a differential. The diff looked pretty good as is, as it has been in a Cobra until recently. I saw a little leakage on the front seal, so it needs reconditioning anyways.
